Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy for Ameeno Health Sciences LLC

At Ameeno Health Sciences LLC, we are committed to customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products being sold for research purposes only, we maintain a strict Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy.

1. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours after the order is placed, provided the order has not already been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at Sales@ameeno.co. If the order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been shipped. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity and safety of our products.

Exceptions to this policy include:

  • Receipt of damaged or defective items. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product at Sales@ameeno.co. Provide detailed information about the defect and photographic evidence. After review, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. Below are the conditions under which a refund may be granted:

  • Canceled Orders: Orders canceled within the 24-hour cancellation window are eligible for a full refund.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: Upon successful verification of the damage or defect, we may offer a full refund or replacement. The decision between refund or replacement is at the discretion of Ameeno Health Sciences LLC.
  • Lost or Missing Deliveries: In cases where delivery is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

4. Chargebacks

Please be aware that any chargebacks will be thoroughly investigated. If deemed frivolous or fraudulent, we reserve the right to contact the relevant authorities.

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund, please send an email to Sales@ameeno.co with your order number, the reason for the request, and any relevant photographs (in case of damaged or defective products). Our customer service team will review your request and respond with further instructions.
